Join BY5's own Infant and Toddler Program Coordinator, Katie Lehman, for this virtual FREE training as we explore the different regions of the brain involved in behavior, how a child’s temperament impacts behavior, and environmental factors impact behavior.
Utilizing Zero to Three’s curriculum, The Growing Brain, participants will:
Understand basic brain anatomy
Understand the connections between the various areas of the brain and how these connections are expressed through behavior
Understand key factors that influence behavior
Understand the root causes of challenging behavior and effective strategies for helping children with these difficulties
