Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at BY5’s Second Annual Early Childhood Professionals’ Summit!

This event brings together early childhood educators, administrators, advocates, and community leaders from across East Central Indiana for a day of learning, connection, and professional growth. Exhibiting at the Summit is a valuable opportunity to share your services, resources, and expertise with professionals dedicated to supporting young children and families.

Vendor space is limited. Submission of an interest form does not guarantee a space.

All submissions will be carefully reviewed, and exhibitors will be selected based on the relevance and applicability of their services or offerings to the early childhood field.

Exhibitor Expectations

Selected exhibitors agree to:

• Remain open and staffed until 2:30 PM

• Provide a door prize donation valued at a minimum of $100 retail value (in lieu of a registration fee)

BY5 will provide:

• One table

• Two chairs

Important Dates

• Interest Forms Due: March 13, 2026

• Selected Exhibitors Notified: By March 20, 2026
